Where is Christ the King Lutheran Church?
Our church is located at 2997 30thAve., Wilson, WI 54027. This location is 2 miles south of I-94 or 2 miles north of State Hwy 29 on St Hwy 128 at 30th Ave. Click here for directions from your location.

What time should I plan to arrive?
Whether you are coming to attend worship only or if coming for Sunday School, plan to arrive about 10 minutes before the starting time in order to have time to be welcomed by our folks, be seated and prepare to meet our great and wonderful God in worship.

Where should I park?

Christ the King has both guest and handicap spots available and if needed someone will assist you in parking your car.

How do I get around inside the church?

Our church is handicapped accessible with no steps to the main floor. The entire church is on one level. There are both regular and handicap accessible restrooms a short distance from all main gathering areas.

What about Sunday school for me and my children?
We welcome families and have classes for all ages. The Christian Education program precedes worship at 9:00 a.m. (September – May only).

What about small children?
A nursery is provided at the rear of the sanctuary with full view and sound. We welcome children to be part of the worship service and many parents keep their small children with them in the service.

What should I wear to church?
There is a big range of attire at Christ the King. We care about you, not what you are wearing. Feel free to
wear whatever you feel most comfortable in for church.

What time is the Sunday Worship Service?
Worship follows Sunday School at 10:15 a.m. (September – May, 9:00 a.m. June – August). The first and third Sundays of the month we share in Holy Communion.
Easter and Christmas often have a special worship schedule; please check our website.

What are the Worship Services like?
At Christ the King, we believe that above all else, God seeks a people who will worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:23). Therefore we encourage prayerful preparation for worship. In our Worship Service we incorporate some more contemporary worship songs along with the traditional hymns of the church. We always make use of historic worship elements such as the confessions of sin and faith with the proclamation of the Word of God always being central.

How long do services last?
Services vary in length from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, depending on whether communion is served and whether there are special events during the service such as baptisms or special music.

Is there a Coffee Hour after church?

We offer refreshments every Sunday after the service. Fellowship takes place in the fellowship room. Please don’t be shy and join us! We’d love to get to know you!
